After nine months of dating, neither could bear to say goodbye when Michael's project wrapped up, so Rebecca happily moved back with Michael to Los Angeles.

The two arrived in LA just as the housing market crashed. Instead of seeing disadvantage, they saw great opportunity. With all the action in the Real Estate market being with foreclosures, the two teamed up to attend auctions daily. After only a few short months, they were outbidding and out-competing some of the biggest fund managers in LA. When foreclosures slowed, they turned to buying and selling properties directly on market, yielding investors incredible returns.

From the beginning, Michael and Rebecca have held a sixth sense for identifying the next up and-coming LA neighborhoods, and that incredible sense of where the market is heading remains today.
